Scenic one-day mountain bike adventure from Marrakech to the beautiful Ouirgane Valley through olive groves
Embark on a spectacular mountain biking journey from Marrakech to the enchanting Ouirgane Valley. This full-day adventure takes you through some of Morocco's most beautiful landscapes, including traditional olive groves, mountain passes, and authentic Berber villages.
The route winds through the Moulay Brahim Gorge and upper valley, leading to the magnificent Kik plateau with breathtaking views of the High Atlas Mountains. Experience thrilling single-track trails, natural jumps, and technical sections that make this adventure unforgettable.
8:00 AM - Departure from Marrakech
Pleasant drive south of Marrakech (approximately 60 km) winding through the Moulay Brahim Gorge and upper valley to reach the higher foothills of the western High Atlas Mountains.
10:00 AM - Kik Plateau Adventure
Start biking on the majestically beautiful Kik plateau with magnificent views of surrounding areas. Cycle off-road through limestone outcrops, reaching small dirt roads parallel to the plateau edge.
11:30 AM - Single Track Thrills
Experience rapid and lovely cycling on mule trails and rough double tracks cutting across the plateau. A real playground with small jumps and natural obstacles for an exciting adventure.
1:00 PM - Village Lunch
Enjoy a final trail lunch in the village of Agdour, prepared by our professional team. Rest and recharge while experiencing authentic Berber hospitality.
2:30 PM - Descent to Tadcherte
Continue mostly downhill to the village of Tadcherte through spectacular scenery. This really nice and special stage offers incredible views and cultural encounters.
3:30 PM - Gorge Exploration
Short warm-up of 4 km crossing a large dam to find the entrance to an incredible ribbon of single-track leading to a spectacular gorge (off-road alternative available for less challenging route).
4:00 PM - Return to Marrakech
Transfer back to Marrakech with arrival around 6:00 PM. Reflect on an incredible day of mountain biking through Morocco's stunning landscapes.
