8 Days Ski Touring High Atlas Morocco
Ultimate winter adventure skiing the pristine slopes of the High Atlas Mountains with expert mountain guides and summit attempts on North Africa's highest peaks.
Tour Overview
Morocco's High Atlas Mountains offer exceptional ski touring opportunities from December through March. The towering peaks force clouds to dispel large amounts of snowfall down to 2,000m, creating perfect conditions for winter adventures.
This expedition focuses on the Toubkal massif, starting from the famous Toubkal Hut at 3,200m. We'll summit North Africa's highest peaks including Mt Toubkal (4,167m), Ouanoukrim (4,088m), and others, enjoying spectacular ski descents through pristine powder snow.
Designed for experienced ski tourers with excellent physical condition, this non-technical but challenging adventure requires competent skiing skills and mountain experience.
